Terms & Condition for Refund and Returns

1) www.mibusy.com is a Personal Network and its purpose of use may differ from person to person and it is solely made for non harmful uses.

2) Products Sold from www.mibusy.com are either sold by mibusy or various Sellers Registered with us.

3) All the sellers Registered with us are personally verified by us and Also do have a Profile on our Social Content sharing so it's easy to track them if any issues are occurred.

4) All Sellers Ship their Products from their Manufacturing Center's to the Customer Address Directly. So some of them may charge a amount for shipping.

5) We Do not Store your Debit/Credit Card or Bank Details all Transactions are processed by Third party Payment gateway Solutions.

Returning a Product:

1) If the Product Model or Type Does not Match the Product Shown on the Website. Or the Request made by you (However the product might differ from as shown in image)

2) If the Products is Broken or damaged on Delivery.

3) If it does not has the Safe Mi-Label on it.

4) It contains any Foreign Product other that ordered for.

5) It is delivered 2Days Late from the expected Delivery Date. (not applicable in case of Natural Calamity or National/Govt Transport Services Delay or Bandh)

6) Post Delivery As per warranty / Guarantee Certificate & Policy by the Manufacturer.

7) Post Delivery No Returns No Warranty or Guarantee for Half Writing pad Chair / Full writing pad chair or writing pad chairs. Mibusy.com will not pay, repair or guarantee the product "Half Writing pad Chair / Full writing pad chair or writing pad chairs".

8) NOTE - MiBusy.com never issues Guarantee certificates in printed or emailed form. Customers are requested to check the guarantee certificates received from the sellers & resellers selling on mibusy.com and assure its authenticity or contact our customer care no 0712-6064683 for more infromation . Any calims raised against Fake, duplicated or non registered Guarantee certificates will not be entertained by mibusy.com and hence shall not be entitled to provide any service, refunds or returns.

Refund Policy:

1) All Refunds are Made by Net Transfers/ Cheque /DD or Internet Wallet.

2) All Refunds are processed within 15 Days of Refund Claim. (excluding public Holidays)

3) No Payments shall be collected if COD and Product Return.
